In part because I was feeling lazy and didn't want to have to think of another question to put on my students' final exam, and in part because I wanted to be nice and give them a freebie, the final question on their final (see what I just did there?) was this:
What is the answer to this question?
A) A is not the answer. Do not put A.
B) B is the answer. Put B.
C) C is not the answer. B is.
D) D is not the answer either. Seriously, put B.
E) Why are you even still reading this? Put B already.
Three people missed it.

You should just fail those three people. Or force them to do some kind of manual labor for you in exchange for taking it again. Ha. But don't feel bad, some people you just can't help.
Agree with 2$ - there are those out there who are simply a lost cause. Depending on how they did on the rest of the test, I'd be willing to bet they didn't even read the questions. :/
omg, what idiots!! there is no help for them, you should have just flunked them and saved them the effort of trying to make it in the world. wait what am I saying, they are probably future managers and ceos. (sigh)

oh, don't worry. Those three will end up working in my shop and when I ask them how many parts they just put into a box, they'll say; "you want me to count, too?"

Oh my hell...seriously??? Those people are morons and need to fail...
It could be that those students never are able to finish tests and just fill in blanks at the end. If that question was first, probably all would get it right
