One day it'll take and they'll start to make shirts that fit right

Tortellini: Thanks for the shirt, Dad.

Me: You're welcome. I shouldn't have spent so much, but I like to spend money when I'm depressed. So basically, you're the beneficiary of my depression.

Tortellini: Yay!

Let's see. Over the past few months I've upgraded my car's audio system and have completely redone my home theatre set-up. I'm suicidal.

That's what kids are for- soaking up the parents neurosis. It's their job. (oh, and to look after us when we're old and drooling.)

Shopping is ghey. Speaking of ghey, the titling posts with obscure (and ill-fitting) song lyrics from ghey musicians is kind of ghey too. Time for a change, I think.

It's nice that your depression is making your daughter happy. I like that in a father.

So, basically you're Mickey Rourke, and your daughter is Evan Rachel Wood? Tell her I'm glad she broke up with Marilyn Manson.
