Said you're a wolf boy, get out of this town

Remember when I said I was a hey-everybody-listen-to-this-awesome-music-and-like-it type of guy? Well, here's your proof. In lieu of posting about scary women and disgusting conversations I've had with friends, I'm unveiling a new section to the old blog. Notice that I've added a music section to my sidebar. I'm not sure how often I'll update it, but I'll shoot for about once a week or so.

I like this group. There is something about them that reminds me of Simon and Garfunkel. For some reason when I first clicked on your site, I couldn't hear it, so I went to the website and listened to a different song. I actually liked the one I listened to better.... something about come to me tonight...

That song is f*cking awesome! :) It reminds me of Gypsy.

Delirious, there's another song I wanted to use from this album, but couldn't find a free mp3 file to link to. It's called Winter Windows, and sounds like it has quite the Russian influence. But, like I said, the whole album is great.

Waitress, I thought the same thing when I heard the line 'Gypsy woman came and spoke to me, lips stained red from a bottle of wine.' Not that I think Gypsy's an alcoholic or anything, but still.

Oh, and in the future, I'll look a little harder to find the songs I really, really want to use. For now, I just wanted to see if I could make it work.

I love it too and wasn't that nice of them to include me in their song. Hey Minnow, I am a little bit of an alcoholic :)

Great I love finding new music.....I'll reserve judgement just yet....but how did you add the player thingy?

I really like it! I need to have you make me a CD again, you always have great taste in music. *L*

Gypsy, so does that mean your lips really are stained red from a bottle of wine?

Manuel, I think you'll like these guys based on your best of '07 list. As for the player thingy, this explains it better than I ever could:

Shannon, I still owe your 'roomie' a CD, so maybe I could include a few for you when I get around to sending that.

Why don't you just get a MySpace Page, add a music player AND hundreds of little animated GIFS and admit you're gay?

Grrreherhahahahahahahaha!

But at least it doesn't go on automatically. I hate that even more.

Psycho, how much longer? Long enough to matter, or just an extra few seconds of inconvenience?

Gypsy, yes it would.

Anonymous, I think he's got high speed, obviously not high enough though =)

Troll, I do have a myspace page. It doesn't have hundreds of little animated gifs though. Nor does it have anything sparkly. Does that still make me gay? I did move it down so you don't have to see it if you don't want though (well, not on shorter posts anyway).
