The longer you wait your decision will fade and wind up wasting this time

Because sometimes driving out to take pictures of the desert in bloom is more appealing than trying to write a manuscript on a Saturday:

Wow---the manuscript can wait---the flowers will be gone before you can blink---I have always loved the desert in bloom---it is such a fleeting thing.

Better than going to the mall to get a mother's day gift for your wife, then weeding the lawn...I guess I did take the younger girls to the park for about an hour or more... :)

I'm glad you went out to take a few pictures. I need to do that. I need to do a lot of things. :)

And that, right there, is a prime example of why I stay here... and miss it like crazy when I'm gone. How jacked up is that?!

Wow Minnow, those are gorgeous.

People often think the desert is just an endless bland landscape but I lived in the Australian outback and it has a wonderful mystical quality that you just don't find anywhere else. Very pretty indeed.
