Guns in the sky

Mr M came home from school last week and said he was feeling sick.

My ex-wife asked him if he thought it might be because he wasn't drinking enough water.

He told her that it wasn't that. It was because if he couldn't think about guns he has a nervous breakdown, and he can't think about guns when he's at school.

In related news, my parenting goals just changed: If I can get my kids raised without one of them being involved in a school shooting, I'll feel like a success.

LOL your first goal should be to never keep guns in the house LOL - and sleep with one eye open ;)

Yeah remember when they were born and you were like THIS KID IS SO AMAZING HE IS GOING TO SOLVE GLOBAL WARMING!!! And then after a while you are just like driving them to the Planned Parenthood and basically hoping they commit their first felony AFTER they turn 18?

Yeah. Parenting is fun.

hahaha! And I love vivalacrap's comment, too.

When my nephew (who is 16 now and pretty normal) was just 2 or so, he'd be playing happily with his little dinosaurs or people or whatever, "Doo doo dooh...," then he'd smash 'em all up against each other, hurl them at the sofa and say, "See? Dead!" I wondered about him for a while...
